What will you do?
In this role you will advise on a broad residential property case load to include:
- Sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold property
- Re-mortgages & transfers of equity + all other conveyancing duties
- Utilise the services offered by the in house on-boarding, post completion and business support teams
What do you need?
- To be a qualified conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ideally you should have at least 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Local conveyancing solicitors, legal executives and Licensed Conveyancers already in Plymouth are encouraged to apply
- Candidate with links to local estate agents are certainly encouraged to apply - although this is not essential
- Any experience with Agricultural or Investment Property matters would be a bonus, but not essential
